Take a walk down memory lane at #BringTheGoodVibesBack on Friday, March 4th, 2016 from 2-10pm at Al Serkal Avenue. Bite back into the 80s and 90s with excitement, nostalgia – or a bit of both – during a day of good humored fun. The event will bring together a delicious childhood comfort food market to wake your taste buds and will feature activity stations for adults and children, a line up of musicians and DJs playing old school songs, a barber shop and a pop-art nail bar, video arcade, a vintage music shop and much more; all a tribute to street art and culture from the 80s and 90s. We’ll be there ourselves with our retro-esque display. Can’t wait to see you there! Last but not least, the “Charity Laundromat” will be collecting donations of unused clothes so the community…

Chi Al Shaqab 2015

This is the third year of Qatar’s Chi Al Shaqab event. Horses have always been a big part of religion and culture in the Middle East, especially in the GCC. In order to maintain this tradition in Qatar, CHI AL SHAQAB was launched in 2013 as the first festival of its kind in the Middle East and Asia. This year, once again, the best national and international equestrians will gather in Doha to participate in this exciting event.   Top riders shall compete in this international equestrian competition which comprises of five equestrian disciplines: Jumping, Dressage, Endurance and Vaulting.For the first time in Asia, this year the competition will also include Para-Dressage. The Bubble Has Burst

Pop culture has exploded and it’s on everybody’s lips. They’re talking about it. They’re gossiping about it. But most of all they are singing it on repeat. It’s pure obsession. It’s ARTPOP. And it’s none other than Lady Gaga. Just released in the United States on November 11th, the #LittleMonsters in the Middle East have already learned all the lyrics with posts overflowing Facebook and Twitter eagerly awaiting the entry of ARTPOP into the region. However, patience is a virtue because considering Lady Gaga’s lyrics can be gently referred to as crude and images a little nude… well there’s much Photoshop and cleaning up work to be done before ARTPOP can be released in this region. By mid next week (November 18th-21st) Virgin Megastore will have ARTPOP available on its shelves in the UAE with Bahrain, Jordan and Egypt to…
