The Impact: An Open Call

We invite you to submit artwork for The Impact: an art exhibition that explores conversation around the concept of giving and the charitable month of Ramadan. This is an open call for people of all skills and talents, amateurs or professionals, open to all ages, based in the UAE. Participants can submit works in one or more of the following forms: drawing, painting, photography, digital art, sculpture, textile, video and mixed media. Every year thousands of people donate their time and money to a specific cause, but the reasons for giving are so diverse. What has been your impact on the world and how has the world impacted you? #VirginYas is now open

If you haven’t heard or read about Abu Dhabi’s Yas Mall opening yet, where have you been hiding the past 10 days?   Virgin Megastore Yas, the brand’s 9th store in the UAE, opened for the public the same day as the Mall, on November 19, and we are very excited to show it off to our customers. This store has been a long time in planning and the opening was the culmination of hard work and dedication from all of our teams.   This store is new and different in many ways when compared to the existing 8 stores in the UAE: the 2-floor space (a first for the brand in the UAE) blends elements of industrial design with urban living, creating an edgy mix of concrete, metal and wood.
