Take a walk down memory lane at #BringTheGoodVibesBack on Friday, March 4th, 2016 from 2-10pm at Al Serkal Avenue. Bite back into the 80s and 90s with excitement, nostalgia – or a bit of both – during a day of good humored fun. The event will bring together a delicious childhood comfort food market to wake your taste buds and will feature activity stations for adults and children, a line up of musicians and DJs playing old school songs, a barber shop and a pop-art nail bar, video arcade, a vintage music shop and much more; all a tribute to street art and culture from the 80s and 90s. We’ll be there ourselves with our retro-esque display. Can’t wait to see you there! Last but not least, the “Charity Laundromat” will be collecting donations of unused clothes so the community is encouraged to participate. Bring your pre-loved clothes and all that is received will be collected by the Emirates Red Crescent and donated to those in need.
The event is free to attend and is open to all. Don’t forget the hashtag #BringTheGoodVibesBack
